QES Training Academy

Training and capability building

The QES Training Academy delivers practical MRI Evolution, CAFM process and departmental development training, built around how your organisation actually operates. Sessions are shaped by your configuration, your roles and your working practices — not a generic course deck.

QES is an independent specialist. Training is not accredited or certified, and QES is not an MRI Software partner, reseller or authorised training provider. Coverage of specific functionality depends on your configuration and the access made available.

The QES Training Academy

Three connected pillars

System capability, process design and team development are taught together, because training that changes only one of the three rarely holds.

MRI Evolution system training

Practical, role-based instruction across the operational, administrative, data, reporting and workflow areas of MRI Evolution — shaped around your configuration and the access your team actually has.

Process and operational development

Workflow mapping, standard operating procedures, service-desk process, PPM planning routines, data-quality checks and adoption support, so the system reflects how the operation genuinely runs.

Department and team development

Operating model and role clarity, capability building, coaching, governance routines, train-the-trainer and continuous improvement for CAFM and FM teams.

How training is shaped

  1. Short discovery

A focused conversation covering current use, pain points, roles involved and what the client's configuration supports.

  2. Agreed outcomes

Written objectives for the session or programme, so success is measurable rather than assumed.

  3. Role-based agenda

Content sequenced by role — administrator, helpdesk, planner, manager — instead of a single generic course.

  4. Practical exercises

Hands-on work using your own processes and, where access permits, your own configuration or a training environment.

  5. Tailored materials

Quick-reference guides and procedure notes written to match your setup and terminology.

  6. Optional follow-up

Agreed refresher or check-in sessions can be scoped separately where they add value.
