QES engagements are run to a repeatable delivery model. It exists so that clients get the same standard of governance, evidence and reporting whether the engagement is a two-week data review or a multi-month programme.

Discovery
Structured discovery of scope, stakeholders, current MRI Evolution configuration, data condition and success criteria before any engagement is scoped or priced.

Scope & acceptance criteria
Every engagement carries a written scope with explicit acceptance criteria, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies and the definition of done.

Change control
Any change to scope, timeline or acceptance criteria is logged, impact-assessed and approved in writing before it is worked. No silent scope drift.

RAID & governance
Risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are captured in a live RAID log. Governance cadence and decision rights are agreed at kick-off.

Quality assurance
Deliverables are peer-reviewed against acceptance criteria and QMS checklists before release. QA evidence is retained for the engagement file.
- 06
Reporting
Concise written status against scope, RAID and acceptance criteria on an agreed cadence. Reporting is designed to support the client's own governance, not replace it.
