Specialist CAFM Talent

This isn't general recruitment. QES specialises in CAFM talent, with particular depth in MRI Evolution, and works with organisations that depend on CAFM, asset information and digital estates capability.

Practitioner profiles are stored in a structured register by CAFM platform, capability, experience and preferred market. QES matching ranks the information practitioners declare — it does not itself prove competence. A profile is only recorded as QES vetted after direct discussion and review, and QES may request a CV when a relevant requirement arises.

For Practitioners

Register with the QES CAFM affiliate network

We partner with skilled CAFM practitioners to deliver work for clients across FM, NHS, charities, landlords and sports & hospitality estates. MRI Evolution / Concept Evolution is where QES has particular depth, and we also work with IBM Maximo / TRIRIGA, Planon, Archibus, Service Works Global QFM and Concerto specialists. Consultants and technical specialists are welcome, and so are operational CAFM people — helpdesk and service desk, system administrators and PPM planners and schedulers. Register below and QES may contact you if work matching your declared experience arises. Paid recruitment activity is UK only; registrations from outside the UK are recorded separately.

Two ways QES may work with you

CAFM candidates

For permanent, interim or contract UK roles with employers. You do not need a company, insurance or a subcontractor agreement to register.

Independent QES delivery associates

For specialists delivering QES-managed assignments. Associates are assessed separately, and business, insurance and subcontractor checks apply only at onboarding.

“Currently based in” is where you live now; the second answer is where you would like to work. QES recruitment is focused on the UK, and choosing another market does not mean you will be matched to overseas roles automatically.
